You have crafted some deadly pieces of ammunition, using some of your own designs.
While in this stance you are able to produce special bullets, loading them into your firearm or other discipline weapon as a move action, or a swift action if you have the Rapid Reload feat with your current weapon. Whenever you do so, you choose a piece of ammunition (magical or mundane) and imbue it with one of the four special abilities below before loading it. Once the special ability is chosen, it cannot be altered. If you drop out of this stance, or load another piece of ammunition with this stance, the previous piece of ammunition returns to normal.
- Armor-Piercing Round (Ex): The attack is resolved as a touch attack as long as it made within 30-ft and counts as adamantine for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction. Additionally if used alongside Blossom of Iron Petals or other Black Rain maneuvers that attack in a line, the penalty to attack from striking consecutive targets is reduced to –2 per target.
- Hollow-Point Round (Ex): The attack deals an additional 1d8 damage, which counts as both bludgeoning and piercing. The attack's critical threat increases by +1, which stacks with keen and Improved Critical, but is applied after.
- Incendiary Round (Ex): The attack deals an additional 2d6 fire damage, and causes the struck creature to make a Reflex save (DC 13 + the initiator's Wisdom modifier) or catch fire.
At initiator level 11th and 19th level the damage dealt by the special bullet increases, dealing +1d8 damage hollow-point round, +1d6 for dragon round and +2d6 for incendiary round. At those levels the range armor-piercing bullet can be used to deliver touch attack increases by +30 ft.
