This eldritch essence invocation allows you to change your eldritch blast into a hellrime blast which deals cold damage.
The blast also deals an extra 3d6 cold damage per 4 caster levels in addition to the eldritch blast now dealing cold damage.
Any creature struck by the attack must make a Fortitude save or take 2d3 Dexterity damage. A successful save negates the dexterity damage. The dexterity damage from multiple hellrime blasts do not stack.
