An advanced type of metal chain mail, kusari mesh is an almost skintight chain shirt that almost resembles fishnets. It is usually worn over the chest, tights, arms and other sensitive areas. It offers similar protection to studded leather but is even lighter and made of metal. Kusari mesh is easily worn and concealed under clothes.
