This spell cause the targets's nerve to become extremely sensitive for the duration of the spell, the the point the sensation of their clothes on their skin become excruciating. The target take a -8 penalty against all pain-based effect and a -3 penalty on attack rolls, damage rolls, skill checks and Reflex saving throws. If the target move at all (including 5-ft step) during it turn, it take twice it armor check penalty in non-lethal damage at the end of it turn.
A successful Fortitude save reduce the duration to 1 round.
