A exquisitely crafted pocket knife who edge is permanently coated in deadly Black Lotus Extract. The knife is a +1 Dagger that only deal 1d2 points of damages and weight half a pound. The Black Lotus Extract coating the blade cannot be removed in anyway, making it extremely deadly but also very dangerous to use.
The Poisoned Knife is a unique item that cannot be replicated, but is not an artifact and thus may be destroyed or enhanced further as normal.
