Upon breaking the tablet (which takes a swift action), the user undergoes a strange transformation, changing their appearance into that of a deer as per the alternate form ability, except they cannot activate any abilities derived from their race or class or any items that they wore and cannot pick up or hold items. Furthermore, any items that the user is carrying that they have not been carrying for at least an hour (including any that were put into extra-dimensional spaces) are immediately dropped in a random square beside them. This transformation lasts for five minutes, and during that time the user's base speed becomes 100' and gains a glowing mark on their forehead that announces their intention to run to all sentient creatures.
After five minutes have passed, regardless of whether or not the deer form was dispelled earlier, the user becomes exhausted and their base speed is reduced to 5' for five minutes.
