The trickest part about Complete Epic is its balance levels... there's no good measuring stick for what is "moderate" and what is "very high" beyond 25th. I fully admit, a lot of this is setting benchmarks of where these balances should be. I try to do it on pre-existing information, but there is an element of guesswork.

Anyway, I figure this is High. The reasons is that it should do very well, with a healthy dose of immunities and damage ablation. It even grants some offense, though that's not really the meat of the class. The meat is increases DR, resistance, and magic immunity, the big one. As is, I feel it would win most battles of equal CR within 3 rounds, which is pretty much my benchmark for high level stuff. This is how I'm mostly figuring out the balances for epic, based on a guessed average speed of victory in battles. That one tends to be consistent. Of course, some of it depends on entry class too... Fighter 20 is gonna be weaker than warblade 20.
