Balance[edit]

- I decided on moderate because not only it random but the odds are pretty low. A very high wizard will win fight in one or two spells and thus will rarely see the benefits of this feat (in battle at least, getting an extra use of an utility is nice enough). A moderate blaster wizard will be throwing spells around liberally and thus will benefits from this feat a lot more. --Leziad (talk) 04:11, 6 April 2014 (UTC)
