Clarity

Just for clarity I have edited the "Activation" section you put "Command word" while it was asking what kind of action it requires to activate it, in this case a command word would be a swift action. Also the price is quite off, very cheap actually. An Ioun stone that grants +1 CL is around 30,000gp so this should be increased to around 15,000gp based on the fact its only useful to transmutation focused casters but also allows the wearer to cast Fly.

I've undone the edits as it wasn't actually correct. Command word is the activation of things such as wands and staves, a standard action generally (unless said otherwise, such as being a swift action spell). I'll probably change that to standard for clarity. That said, the price is completely intentional as it is working off MIC pricing, that is pricing it at its intended level it should come into play, and not on the guidelines in the SRD which are simply guidelines.

As an aside, on the wiki we have a policy of not making mechanical changes to people's pages without their consent or an effort to contact (typos and grammar edits are A-OK to do unnannounced). Mechanical changes are anything that alters how something works rules-wise, like prices and activation times.
