Robes of the transmuter are adorned with tiny feathered wings on the shoulders, arms, or back, and various transmutation circles inscribed upon it. The wings grow to larger size while the robe's abilities are in use. Those wearing the robes of the transmuter may cast fly 1/day with a caster level equal to the user's HD. In addition you may ignore 10 ft. of falling damage when wearing the robes. In addition it grants a +1 CL bonus to transmutation spells.
