What action is the granted power? Attack? Standard? --Dragonexx (talk) 03:28, 6 June 2014 (UTC)

Standard, as all unlisted things default to. I should list it though, and so I shall. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 03:30, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
Is it actually written somewhere that unlisted actions default to standard? - Tarkisflux Talk 04:24, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
Yeah, but now I have to go find it. Give me a bit, working. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 04:39, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
(EDIT: While I'm sure this is NOT the rule I was looking for, since I'm positive its probably in the Rules Compendium, here's what they say about supernatural abilities (which this is): Using a supernatural ability is usually a standard action (unless defined otherwise by the ability’s description). Its use cannot be disrupted, does not require concentration, and does not provoke attacks of opportunity. I'm positive this is clarified elsewhere to cover things broadly later. I'll look for it when I get home.) -- Eiji-kun (talk) 05:07, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
I hadn't read that before, or maybe just didn't remember it. Thanks for finding it, and for eventually looking it up in the RC. This isn't listed as Supernatural anywhere though, so it wouldn't apply. Unless there's a "domain powers default to Su" rule that I was also unaware of. - Tarkisflux Talk 05:13, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
I think that one usually is just a obscure non-rule which usually applies to feats (but easily applies to domain powers) that they are extraordinary unless specified otherwise or clearly supernatural, but I don't have a rules quote for that one where I can reference. I may be misremembering that you don't technically need to specify. I should though anyway, so I shall. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 05:25, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
(EDIT: I was in the right place, I just missed it... right with the supernatural part...
Extraordinary Abilities: Using an extraordinary ability is usually not an action because most extraordinary abilities automatically happen in a reactive fashion. Those extraordinary abilities that are actions are standard actions unless otherwise noted.
Spell-Like Abilities: A spell-like ability takes the same amount of time to complete as the spell that it mimics (usually 1 standard action) unless otherwise stated.
That covers just about everything, so that's where the "defaults to a standard action" comes from.) -- Eiji-kun (talk) 07:20, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
