It is a balanced feat, and in playtesting many of my players enjoyed experimenting with it.

Though as with any situation in melee, the PC still needs to take some care: the 11th fighter using this feat, squaring off on three trolls, did massive damage to one, and became lunch for the rest.

A feat stronger than a level 8 maneuver, one that's considered to be one of the best ones. A straight vertical upgrade to damage, one that's unneeded when full attacks are one of the highest sources of damage already. Thus, should be VH IMO.

I am not sure which maneuvers you are talking about, although I place more power on feats than maneuvers (it is a scarcer resource). After all non-initiator martial should have toys to play with. On another note, although I may have went a little far on the damage I do not think pure damage against a single target can ever be VH. --Leziad (talk) 15:29, 21 March 2015 (UTC)
Found it, diamond nightmare blade. Not sure how it compare to uber-chargers. --Leziad (talk) 16:02, 21 March 2015 (UTC)
