Those who don't fear the disfigurement that this graft entails can have a specially-prepared demon's eye fitted into the centre of their foreheads. This eye projects the power of the Abyss, driving deep into the minds of those it looks at, causing them to transform into their true, Abyssal selves.
This graft gives the user a gaze attack with a range of 50ft. Any creature that meets its gaze is subject to a turn to the Abyss effect. Additionally, the user can spend a standard action to actively gaze at a single creature within 50ft to force the same effect on it. This always has a DC of 10 + 1/2 the user's character level or CR + the user's Charisma modifier. Any creature that successfully saves against either version of this graft's ability becomes immune to this graft for 24 hours.
