U-Turn[edit]

Your ranged projectiles defy physics in order to hit their target. U-Turn enhancement can only be placed on ranged and thrown weapons.

Any time a weapon with this enhancement fails to hit due to factors unrelated to the attack roll, such as miss chance (both magical and mundane), incorporeality, illusion effects such as mirror image, or feats such as deflect arrows, the projectile whips around in midair and strikes again, using the same attack roll results as the first attempt. If the conditions that caused the original attack to miss are still in effect, roll again for miss chance (or similar effect). If the second attack is a miss as well, the projectile falls to the ground. This enhancement does not allow you to attack targets that have total cover relative to you.

U-Turn bows and other ranged weapons bestow this enhancement on their ammunition.
