Incomplete class is incomplete. The only reason it's not opposed is because I'm convinced there was supposed to be more.

Boring, bland, and feels unfinished. Better to just play a psion.

You begin your wizard level play by casting a cantrip a few times a day, and maybe hiding in some mist. That upgrades to actual fog in a couple of levels. And then you get to do wind wall and lightning bolt, and you still suck. But at 7th level you get solid fog, and have a single trick to use repeatedly get you through the day. After that you get a few things that are sort of useful, but it's so strictly limited and delayed that I barely care. And those limits mean that you only ever get a total of 22 powers to pick your 21 options from.

Class is a joke at VH until level 7, and a one-trick (per power level) after. It's not VH, despite having some VH powers. It is poorly designed.

There's nothing really interesting here, it's just a crappier Psion or Psychic Warrior with a really restricted powers list.

That spell/power list[edit]

Ignoring the fact that psions have a perfectly viable list (seriously why is this psionic when everything they use are spells), the class seriously makes me think he was making the spell list and forgot to, well, finish it. I'd rate it if it wasn't for the fact I don't think it's even done. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 10:29, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

I've left a message on their page, but if they don't respond to that or comments here, rating is all we have left to indicate the quality of the current work. It's marked as complete and it's mechanically complete, so the incomplete template doesn't work for marking the lack of powers. Winter Cleaning could sort of work I guess though. - Tarkisflux Talk 16:44, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
