White Wolves of the North, with power over the icy wastelands they live in.

Those with Winter Wolf blood may feel out of place in society, wanting to be out in the wilds or a battlefield. They also likely feel more comfortable in cold lands.

A Winter Wolf who was forced into a human form, or shapeshifters that assumed a wolf form, mating with a member of your line.

It should be noted that this was created with my own Winter Wolves in mind. These were created for a specific campaign and are much stronger than the normal winter wolves. For typical Winter Wolves cap the Bloodline at Intermediate, remove Improved Initiative and scale the Special Abilities back one slot. So Bite at 4th, Breath Weapon at 8th, Cold Resist at 12, Scent at 16, and Breath Weapon Improved as the 20th.

Canine/Wolf Affinity: You gain the indicated bonus on all Bluff, Diplomacy, Gather Information, Intimidate, and Perform checks made to interact with Canines or Wolves, or any subset of these such as Worgs, Blink Dogs, or Winter Wolves.

Improved Initiative: You gain the feat Improved Initiative.

Bite: You gain a bite attack that deals 1d4 piercing damage and 1d6 cold damage.

Breath Weapon: You gain a breath weapon that deals 2d6 cold damage in a 15 foot cone. Those caught in the cone can make a DC 10+1/2 HD+User's Con Modifier Reflex save to take half damage. The breath weapon must cool down for 1d4 rounds before it can be used again.

Cold Resistance 5: You gain Resistance to Cold 5.

Scent: You gain the Scent ability of a Winter Wolf.

Breath Weapon, Improved: Your breath Weapon now deals 4d6 Cold Damage. The DC improves by 2

Freezing Aura: All weapons used by the Winter Wolf Blooded now deal an extra 1d6 cold damage. This can stack with Frost and is not subject to dispel effects. It may be suppressed or reactivated as a free action.

Breath Weapon, Powerful: Your breath weapon now deals 6d6 cold damage. The DC improves again by 2.

Snow Camo: In areas of snow or ice you gain +7 to Hide and Move Silently.

Breath Weapon, Perfected: Your Breath Weapon now deals 10d6 Cold damage and the DC increases again by 2. Furthermore the recharge is now 1d4-1
