Wyrm's Tongue[edit]
You replace your tongue with the tongue of a red dragon (usually a very small one), this has several perks. The host of this graft gain the ability to speak draconic (gaining the language), the host tongue also become immune to fire allowing the host to eat very spicy or hot meal with ease. Finally and probably the actual reason people go through this graft the host gain the ability to use flame breath once per day with a caster level equal to her character level.
Graft Flesh (Dragon), flame breath; Price 2,000 gp, the crafter require access to a red dragon's tongue.
