Cult Spell [Metamagic] Benefit: Starting one round before beginning to cast the spell, a number of other creatures of size medium or larger within 5' per slot level equal to or greater than the cult spell's slot level squared plus 2 must devote their complete attentions to helping you cast the spell (consecutive 1-round actions). Otherwise, the cult spell fails and is wasted.

If the spell has a duration, other creatures must continue devoting their attentions to the spell, remaining near the place you were standing when you finished casting it; if the number of creatures devoting their attentions to the spell ever becomes lower than the spell's slot level squared plus 2, it ends, although they don't have to be the same creatures the whole time.

Creatures who devote their attentions to helping you can have their concentration disrupted. The DC is the same as it would be for you.

A cult spell uses up a spell slot one level lower than the spell’s actual level. Special: Casters with cult spell can choose to learn new spells with cult spell already applied, potentially in order to gain spells beyond their usual limits. Spells learned in this way do not take additional time to cast, although they cannot cast or prepare those spells without cult spell applied.
