Muttering a few dark words, you strike your target, stealing arcane energy from it.
You must make a melee touch attack to hit. If the attack succeeds, the subject gains 1d4 Spellstrained levels. Furthermore, if you have any spellstrained levels, you remove the amount of spellstrained levels given from yourself. If you have no spellstrained levels, and the target receives at least 1 spellstrained level, you instead gain a +1 Magical bonus to your Caster Level for one hour. This bonus does not stack with any other magical bonuses to caster level, including casting this spell again.
