Wave Grabber [Bending]
Prerequisites: Know at least one non-passive Minor Water BendBenefit: You can use water (to a maximum of the amount you can lift with your Water Bending) within your Water Bending range for your bends as though you had lifted it. Your Water Bending range and the maximum amount of water you can lift both double.
Normal: It takes a move action to lift water before you can use it. You can only manipulate water within Close range that weighs a total of 25 pounds per level.
