Metamana Fuel [General]
Prerequisites: Any two metamagic feats, 5th level arcane casterBenefit: Immediately before casting a spell, you may choose to sacrifice one arcane spell slot or spell prepared. The arcane spell cast following this sacrifice gains a metamagic effect you have the feat for. This metamagic effect may not have a modifying level equal or greater than the spell slot expended.
Example: A wizard could sacrifice a prepared 3rd level spell (such as fireball in order to apply the empower spell metamagic effect to a spell he would cast. This spell would be cast as a full-round action.Special: The use of this feat does not allow you to cast spells whose modified level is higher than the highest-level spell you could cast. Only one spell may be sacrificed this way per spell cast, and only one metamagic feat may be applied through the use of this feat.
