Metamana Fuel [General]
Prerequisites: Any two metamagic feats, 5th level arcane casterBenefit: Immediately before casting a spell, you may choose to sacrifice one arcane spell slot or spell prepared. The arcane spell cast following this sacrifice gains a metamagic effect you have the feat for. This metamagic effect may not have a modifying level equal or greater than the spell slot expended.
Example: A wizard could sacrifice a prepared 3rd level spell (such as fireball in order to apply the empower spell metamagic effect to a spell he would cast. This spell would be cast as a full-round action.Special: The use of this feat does not allow you to cast spells whose modified level is higher than the highest-level spell you could cast. Only one spell may be sacrificed this way per spell cast, and only one metamagic feat may be applied through the use of this feat. Spells cast in this way are affected as though a sorcerer used the metamagic feat (becoming a full-round action if the metamagic effect was not quicken spell).
