Saving Throw: Will Negate (see text)
Spell Resistance: Yes

Dyfen only won against Maverick because he forgot half of his spellbook.

A cruel spell which cause the creature's mind to quickly decay. At the start of each of the target's turn, it take 1 point of Intelligence Drain every round and lose spells or powers points as if it had taken a negative level. Since it is ability drain, the effects last far beyond the spell's duration.

A break enchantment spell end the spell early but do not reverse the damage immediately. Instead it turn the Intelligence Drain inflicted by this spell into Intelligence Damage. This can be done even after the spell ended.
