Academy Soldier
You were trained in a repeatable military academy where you learned more about tactics than chivalry. This lead to your tactical ability being quite above and beyond the normal cavalier, but your challenge progression being stunted. This is mostly an upgrade to the Cavalier's Tactician ability.
Class: Cavalier
Level: 1st-20th
Replaces: Challenge (Altered), Tactician (Altered), 6th level Bonus Feat, Greater Tactician
Benefit: An Academy Soldier receive the following class features:
Limited Challenge (Ex): A Cavalier only deal half her class level in damage (minimum 1) when she uses her challenge class features. At 4th level she adds her full cavalier level to damage but do not gain an additional use of the ability. After this point the challenge ability scales normally, gaining an additional use at 7th and every 3 levels thereafter and etc.
Trained Tactician (Ex): This ability function as the Tactician, except that an Academy Soldier gain an additional use of this ability and may change her bonus Teamwork feat from Tactician (but not Greater Tactician or Master Tactician) for another Teamwork feat she qualify for by spending an uninterrupted minute reflecting.
Flexible Education (Ex): An 2nd level Academy Solider ignore the Combat Expertise and Point Blank Shot prerequisite when selecting [Teamwork] feat. Additionally, she may signal with her weapon as a standard action. If she does she count as having made a ranged attack against an opponent within 60 feet for the purpose of [Teamwork] feat.
Greater Tactician (Ex) An Academy Soldier receive this ability at 6th level instead of 9th level.
Tactical Genius (Ex): At 9th level Academy Soldier may change her [Teamwork] feat granted by tactician as a standard action. You gain an additional [Teamwork] feat you meet the prerequisite for which you can grant with your Tactician ability.
