Mystical Paladin

While most paladins focus on martial superiority, the mystical paladin leans toward the magical side. She is more skilled caster, but her combat skills are comparable to a cleric.

Class: Paladin or Pathfinder Paladin

Level: 1st-20th

Replaces: A mystical paladin has a medium base attack bonus (as a Cleric).

Benefit: A mystical paladin gain the following class features:

A mystical paladin gain spells per day as a Death Knight and her caster level is equal to her class level. She does not need to prepare her spells ahead of time, instead she now spontaneously casts spells from her spell list. A mystical paladin may use your Charisma instead of your Wisdom to determine your spell DCs and spells per day. A mystical paladin adds Spellcraft to her list of class skills.

If a mystical paladin fall and become a Blackguard or a Knight of the Broken Halo, she uses those classes to advance her paladin spellcasting instead of gaining new spellcasting. She switches her spell list for any appropriate spell list of her new class.

At 1st level a mystical paladin gain Eschew Materials as a bonus feat.

At 3rd level and each odd level thereafter the mystical paladin gains the Advanced Learning class feature. She chooses a spell from the Cleric list of any level she can cast and add it to her own spell list.

At 6th level and 16th levels the mystical paladin can cast an additional spell of each level she can cast. At 11th level she gains a +2 bonus on the DCs of all her spells.
