Agony Caress [Fiend]
Prerequisites: Character level 3Benefit: With an at-will touch attack, the fiend can cause pain to his opponents, giving them a -3 penalty to all checks for 1d4 rounds. This is negated by a Fort Save, DC 10 + 1/2 HD + Charisma Modifier
