This whip has snakes in place of lashes. If is a favoured weapon of particulaly cruel female clerics of Lolth.

Weapon: Scourge
Enhancement: Attack rolls and damage rolls
Critical: +1d6 poison damage per plus
Property: The snake-fang whip is an intelligent magic item, and can communicate telepathically with its weilder. The weilder does not need to know a specific language to communicate with the snake-fang whip in this way,.
Power (At-Will ? Poison): Free Action. All damage dealt by this weapon is poison damage. Another free action reterns the damage to normal
Power (Daily ? Poison): Free Action. Use this power when you hit with the weapon. Deal an extra 1d6 poison damage, and the target takes ongoing 5 poison damage (save ends) Level 15 or 20: 2d6 poison damage and ongoing 10 poison damage. Level 25 or 30:' 3d6 poison damage and ongoing 15 poison damage.
