Professional Butcher (Mental)
Prerequisites: Heal 8 Ranks, BAB +5 or 5 levels in Expert(NPC Class)Benefit: Whenever you make a targeted strike, make a Heal check. Add 1/4 of the result of the check to your bonus to hit and damage. The hit bonus cap is reached when any penalties the strike gave become +4, and the damage bonus caps once the attack is dealing at least 1/4 of the target's max HP. In addition, deadly targeted strikes like decapitation still take a full round to wind up, but can be used the turn you wind them up rather than having to wait until your next turn. Nonlethal targeted strikes are also now attack actions if they weren't already.
Normal: Your attempts at targeted strikes take longer, and are harder to hit with than normal attacks.
