Occult Mentalist
An occult mentalist possesses potent psychic powers, although in a limited array.
Class: Pathfinder Bard
Level: 1st-20th
Replaces: Spellcasting, Countersong, Distraction, Frightening Tune
Benefit: An Occult mentalist's spellcasting is pcychic spellcasting instead of arcane spellcasting, and thus no longer require somatic component to every spells. An occult mentalist select her spells from the bard and psyhcic list but know one fewer spell per level than normal. If a spell appears on both list, it is counted to be at whichever level is lower.At 14th level the the DCs of saving throws to resist her spells increases by +2.
