Olympic Swimmer [General] Prerequisites: Swim 4 ranks or a swim speed.Benefit: You may always take 10 on swim checks and can run while swimming (provided you swim in a straight line) by increasing the DC by 5.

You may take a -10 penalty on your swim check to double how fast you can move with a swim check (1/2 your speed as a move action, or your speed as a full round action).

The DC to avoid nonlethal damage from swimming is reduced by 5 (DC 15).

Finally, you add your ranks in Swim to the number of rounds you can hold your breath before making checks to avoid drowning and may make swim checks in place of the Constitution check to continue holding your breath. Normal: You cant run while swimming, or swim faster by trying harder. You hold your breath for significantly less time.Special: A creature with a swim speed gains a +2 bonus on swim checks when taking 10, and can double their swim speed by taking a -10 penalty on a swim check (they must make the check even though creatures with a swim speed don't normally need to make swim checks).
