This enchantment weakens the sanity, causing the target to begin giggling, weeping, or both. They may act normally, but take a -3 penalty to social charisma based checks, Hide, Move Silently, Spot, and Listen checks from their inane blatherings of paranoia and twisted mirth. They take a -2 penalty to Int, Wis, and Cha scores for the duration.
