Volley Shot [Fighter]
Your arrows will darken the skies!Prerequisites: BAB +6, Dex 17, Rapid ShotBenefit: You gain the three following benefits when using any kind of bow.
Snap Shot: As an immediate action at the start of battle, you may fire off a single arrow at any creature within your first range increment.
Split the Arrows: As a standard action you may fire two arrows at a -2 penalty at the same target. Both arrows use the same attack roll, and add their damage together as a single attack. Bonus damage such as Sneak Attack only applies once. For every five points of base attack bonus you have above +6, you may add one additional arrow to this attack, to a maximum of four arrows at a base attack bonus of +16. However, each arrow after the second adds a cumulative –2 penalty on the attack roll (for a total penalty of –6 for three arrows and –8 for four).
Volley Fire: As a full attack action you expend 5 arrows, but appear to fire many many more. You may target a 10 ft radius circle anywhere within your first range increment where arrows rain down, dealing as much twice as damage as your full attack would do with a Reflex save for half damage (DC 10 + 1/2 BAB + modifier used for attack rolls, typically Dex). This is an area of effect, and only applies weapon enhancements if they apply to all 5 arrows expended (so 5 flaming arrows and BAB +11 would result in 6d8 piercing and 3d6 fire damage). Alternatively you may fire in a 15 ft cone instead.
Special: This feat counts as Manyshot for prerequisite purposes.
