Improved Polar Chill [Spelltouched]
Let's go ice skating!Prerequisites: Polar Chill, 5 HDBenefit: You may now use your Polar Chill ability as a free action at the beginning of your turn, and lasting for 1 round per character level per day (minimum 1 round intervals). These rounds need not be consecutive. The ice is centered on you and you are not troubled by your own ice and it follows you as you move around. While this is active you benefit from the psionic power skate.
You never need to make balance checks on a icy surface, though you still must balance on other slippery surfaces. This is a constant effect.
