Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft/2 levels)
Target: One living creature

Water is created inside the lungs of a single living creature that needs to breathe. The creature must immediately becomes nauseated and must make a Fortitude save to cough up the water. If they fail, they retain the water and remain nauseate until the beginning of your next turn, at which point the victim passes out from a lack of oxygen and falls unconscious. On your next turn after that, the victim drowns and dies. A successful Heal check (with a DC equal to 10 plus your caster level), restoration, heal, wish, or miracle spell in the intervening period saves the victim.
