Antidote[edit]
Antidotes each treat only a specific poison, determined upon brewing.
Example: An arsenic antidote only provides a resistance to arsenic poisoning.
If you drink an antidote, you gain immunity to the antidote's given poison for 1 hour. After the initial hour, your immunity becomes a +5 alchemical bonus on saves against that poison for another hour, dropping by 1 each additional hour until the effects wear off.
An antidote does not reverse the effects of a poison already in the drinker's system, but it does neutralize it.
An antidote costs as much as a dose of the poison it treats. Listed below are some common poisons.
