Access Primal Utterance [General] Prerequisites: Must be able to use at least one 3rd level Utterance.Benefit: Choose a Utterance you know a at least two levels below your maximum utterance known level. From this point you may now use this Utterance's Primal Utterance by rising the Truespeak DC by 10. Each consecutive use of the Utterance's Primal Utterance raise the DC by 10, until you rest for 8 hours, at which point it reset to +10. If you fail to activate the Primal Utterance you became unable to use the chosen utterance at all for 24 hours.

If you possess the Primal Utterance class feature, you gain a free use of the chosen Utterance's Primal Utterance without any increase on the DC. Using the Primal Utterance do not burn the Utterance for the day as normal, unless you fail to activate it.
