DM's notes on handling Mystic
This a very powerful form, and can only be done through a god's assistance. Players should never expect powerful deities to just hand them such power without wanting something in return. The god could demand service or devotion, others might want them to go on a quest or do a task. The point being this is always something earned, not given. For a god to just give supreme power to anyone that asks would be not only completely stupid, but abhorrently irresponsible. They must prove themselves a worthy mortal to be considered for such a special ritual.
