Frozen Lightning
Evocation / Conjuration [Cold, Electricity]
Level: Druid 4, Witch 4

Casting time: 1 Standard Action
Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)
Area: One 30-ft.-long vertical lines of cold lightning
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Reflex half (see text)
Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell conjures upon a pale blue lightning bolt, which cools anything it touches. Any creature in the area take 1d6 damage per level (maximum of 15d6), half of which is cold and the other half is electricity. A creature may attempt a Reflex save for half damage. A creature who fail their save against this spell is partially encased in ice, becoming Immobilized and taking a -2 penalty to AC and attack roll, until they free themselves as a full-round action. A flying creature encased in ice immediately start falling. In any case, the frozen lightning leaves any grounded squares within it area covered in ice, which melts normally.
