Saurling Gasbags [Racial]
The skin on the sides of your chest puffs out, stretching to great sizes.Prerequisites: Saurling race.Benefit: You can control your own buoyancy. You gain a hover (average) speed equal to your land speed, and can remain in air even while carrying up to twice your maximum load. If you have a fly speed, this carrying benefit applies to that as well. In water, you can always choose to float, rising 50' per round.
The skin of your gasbags is so sensitive it gives you 30' blindsight.
