Your psychic powers are great, but overextending yourself can cause quite a nosebleed.Prerequisites: Must have a con score.Benefit: As part of manifesting a power, you can increase your manifester level by 1. However, you take one bleed plus a number of additional bleed per level of the manifested power and you have a 5% chance of instant bleedout. If you bleedout as a result of using oversurge, you lose a number of power points equal to twice your manifester level in addition to the normal effects. At 5th level and each five levels thereafter, you can take an additional point of bleed in exchange for an additional +1 bonus on manifester level. The bleed caused by this feat bypass immunities.
