Shell Necklace

Incarnum forms a necklace of blue-green shells around your neck.

You can swim up to your full speed and you take no penalty to move or attack when in water.

Essentia: Every point of essentia you invest in your shell necklace increases your swim speed by 5 feet (1,5 meters) and gives you a bonus on Swim check equal to two times the essentia invested.  

Chakra Bind (Throat)

You gain the ability to breathe and talk normally underwater. 

Chakra Bind (Feet)

You gain the Swim-by AttackSto feat as well as the water mastery ability of a water elemental. 

Chakra Bind (Soul)

Once per day you may transform into an elder water elemental for one full minute. Doing so is a standard action.
