Active Immune System

You don't get sick often, but when you do, it's unpleasant.

Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus to saves against disease from your active immune system.

Drawback: Since you don't normally get sick, when you do, it hits you harder. You take an additional point of damage to any ability score damaged by a disease. If a disease you are afflicted with does not deal any ability damage, drain, or burn, you take one point of damage to an ability score (either determined randomly or one that makes sense) in addition to its normal effects.

Special: Must be of a race that can get sick.

Roleplaying Ideas: You like getting sick even less than most.
