A pair of brass armbands adorned with entertwinded leather strings which cover the forearms of the wearer. The armbands are engraved by a representation of a two workers, the one is a blacksmith and the other is a builder. These pair of armbands increases the caster level of the wearer when casting a Conjuration (Creation) spell. The bonus is +1 to +5 depending to the model you choose. In addition (and regardless of the model you choose), once per day, the wearer can also cast the Permanency spell as spell-like ability.
