Conjuration cantrip
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 30ft
Components: V, S
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 round
Casters: Cleric
Casting this spell on a target forces it to make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, it is branded with an astral mark until the beginning of your next turn, manifesting as shimmering light clinging to their form.
If the target is a Worthy Foe, tendrils of light burst from the target when they're struck. Each time the affected target takes damage from a creature within 60ft, that creature regains hit points equal to your spellcasting ability modifier. This healing cannot raise a beneficiary's current hit points above one-half of their maximum hit points.
If the target is not Worthy Foe for the caster of this spell, the mark will turn black and corrupt the target. Each time the affected target takes damage from a creature within 60ft, they suffer additional Necrotic damage equal to your spellcasting ability modifier, as their life force is leeched into another plane.
At Higher Levels. At 5th level, the healing granted by a worthy mark, and the damage dealt by an unworthy mark, increase to 1d4 + Your spellcasting ability modifier. This increases to 2d4 + your + Your spellcasting ability modifier at 11th level, and to 3d4 + Your spellcasting ability modifier at 17th level.
