A truly disgusting graft, this replaces all of the recipient's skin with that of a babau. While very few undertake such a graft willingly, as babau skin looks unsightly and is prone to stretching, its benefits are somewhat worthwhile, as it gives its users the demonic resistances of the babau, its natural toughness and also its famed ability to slip out of tight situations.
The user gets a +8 natural armour bonus to AC. If the wearer has a character level (or CR) of 15 or more, this receives a +1 enhancement bonus. This increases to a +2 enhancement bonus at character level (or CR) of 18 or more. They also receive resistance to acid 10, cold 10 and fire 10. Lastly, they are constantly subject to a freedom of movement effect.
This graft allows the user to wear normal clothes, but armour of any sort cannot be worn. Additionally, if the user receives an armour (not natural armour) bonus from any source in addition to this graft, only count one-half of the smaller of the two bonuses towards the recipient's AC (rounding up).
