Channeling the power of the archdevil Bel, Lord of the First, you bend the battlefield to your whim. This entire combat was a set up, and you've caught them unaware and unprepared.

You cast this spell when you and your party roll for initiative. You reduce the reactions of one of your opponents, granting a penalty to initiative equal to your caster level (maximum −5). If initiative is not rolled within 1 round, the spell is wasted.
