There's only so much information a brain can hold, it would be a shame if someone filled it with garbage data.
This spell broadcasts a large amount of information directly in the target's brain, preventing them from processing their environment and causing lasting cerebral injuries. At the start of each of their turn for the duration, the target must make a Will save or be Dazed and Stunned for 1 round. The excessive data fill the target's memory, dealing 1 point of Intelligence drain on each failed save. If the target succeeds on two consecutive saves the spell automatically ends.
A creature with a base Intelligence score of 2 or less is only left staggered by the information overflow on a failed Will save. A creature with Intelligence of 30 or more is unaffected, as they are perfectly able to process the excess information.
