A rare and extremely valuable item, this dress grant it wearer two points of temporary essentia and increase the essentia capacity of all bound soulmeld by 1 point. It continue to function even if a souldmeld is bound in it slot. It also grant immunity to essentia damage that isn't self-inflicted.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, crafter must have an essentia capacity of 4 or higher and be able to bind soulmeld in at least 4 different charkra.
Cost to Create: 37,500 GP, 3,000 EXP, 75 days.
