These dresses are enhanced with a powerful magic, allowing the unarmed strike to be delivered with blinding speed when activated as a free action. The unarmed strikes made by the wearer of the a Cheongsam of Swift Strikes are essentially invisible, the first attack in a round against each opponent catch them flat-footed unless they possess uncanny dodge.
This enhancement last for 5 rounds per day, uses do not need to be continuous and can be toggled off as a free action.
The wearer of a Cheongsam of Swift Strikes also gain a +2 insight bonus to initiative, this function even when the dress is otherwise depleted of uses.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, invisibility, haste.
