Chilling Performance [General] Prerequisites: perform 15 ranks, Bardic music ability, know two spells that deal cold damageBenefit: As a standard action you may perform a chilling performance, doing so expends a single use of your bardic music for the day. All foes within 60 feet, able to see and or hear the bard at the start of the round the bard performs take 1d8 cold damage per bard level. Their movement speed is halved each round for as long as the bard performs and for 5 rounds after. A will save halves the damage. This is a supernatural ability. Special: Undead and constructs still take cold damage and a movement speed penalty from the performance.
